Leads major collective experiences, protects the overall participatory architecture, and works with FBJE leadership to adapt facilitation as intelligence emerges.
Scope of work
Four phases. One interconnected environment.
Measure builds the connective process around the session content, framing, questions, and desired harvests FBJE has already developed.
- One 90-minute alignment session with FBJE leadership and the Ecosystem Fellow
- Review finalized agenda and session architecture
- Review existing ecosystem-intelligence inputs relevant to facilitation
- Confirm participant composition, facilitator and harvester roles
- Confirm Summit success criteria and remaining process questions
- Confirm accessibility and participant-experience considerations
- Establish decision-making and communication protocols for the onsite team

- FBJE Strategy Lab Facilitation Toolkit — principles, session flow, timing, engagement methods
- Guidance on mixed CBO/funder power dynamics, cultural responsiveness, and neuroinclusive participation
- Common Harvesting Framework operationalized across all sessions
- Rapid Carry-Forward Harvest: three patterns, two tensions, one to two coordination possibilities
- One 75–90 minute virtual facilitator/harvester orientation
- One limited pre-Summit office hour

Research & Rapid Synthesis Lead
Monitors cross-session harvests, identifies emerging patterns and contradictions, supports qualitative sensemaking, and prepares intelligence for carry-forward moments.
Facilitation & Participant Experience Lead
Supports facilitators and harvesters, monitors participant experience and accessibility, assists with information flow, and helps coordinate the supplemental bench.
From conversation to coordination
The final session will not manufacture an action plan in the last hours of the Summit. It asks where there is enough energy, alignment, complementary capacity, or shared need to warrant continued coordination.
